Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost packages once handed over to the shipping carrier
Stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
